Return Policy
Sale Items
For sale items are all final sale.
Fashion
All bags & accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition with tags on - it cannot be used or worn or show any visible signs of use.
Beauty & Skincare
All of our Skincare & Beauty products are final sale (with the exception of our Brow Lamination Kit) and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygienic reasons, skincare & beauty products cannot be accepted.

Brow Lamination Kit
Brow Lamination Kits are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. However, the kits need to be unused and sealed with the box unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are offered at a special discounted price and therefore are final sale. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to exchange items?
Totally. Once you confirm your email, it’s as easy as printing your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.
Can I return for a refund?
Yes, all returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Can you clarify shipping costs?
We’ll cover all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.
